Shipping Policies
- All orders are shipped by UPS Ground on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays
- Your order will be shipped once your payment is authorized and you shipping/Billing information has been verified (Usually 2 - 3 business days)..
- We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
- Vergel's EShop reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
Return Policy
Vergel's Eshop offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.
- All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
- We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
- Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 15 percent may be added.
- No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
- We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 - 3 weeks of receiving the returned item
